For academic activities, the academic turn is in the first week of January. We have two exams in an academic year. The performance of the exam does not necessarily amount to upgrading of the students. For example, the students in grade III will remain in the same grade but with higher syllabuses in the following year.

We also have other non-academic activities indoors and outdoors. The most fabulous activity is the Inter-center Annual CSO Sports Day, held spectacularly and splendidly in association with all the CSO learning-centers. In a small range, each learning-center has biweekly outdoor games in the nearby playgrounds. During the vacation in December, all CSO centers had a concert which hold on 18th December, 2010 at Jalan Imbi Chapel (JIC). 
In addition to outdoor activities, we also conduct indoor games contests among CSO learning-centers. We are also involved in other outside activities in association with other learning centers in Malaysia. Under the guidance of Malaysian Care, an indoor games contest is held among the 15 learning centers every year. Outstanding Students Graduated from Harvest Centre, 2009

CSO is affiliated to the UNHCR-recognized Harvest Center. Every year outstanding students between 12 and 14 years of age are tested in English, Bahasa (Malay), Math and Science.
